今日は強風の予報でしたが思ったほど吹きませんでした。ウェーブコンディションかと思いましたが、7.8セイルでジャスト～アンダーでした。
The forecast for today was for strong winds, but it didn’t blow as hard as expected. I thought we’d have good wave conditions today, but with a 7.8 sail, it was just right to under-sail.
でも、お天気も良く気温も海水温度も暖かくて気持ちの良いウインドサーフィンを楽しめました！
But the weather was nice, the air and water temperatures were warm, and I was able to enjoy some great windsurfing!

一昨日、またまた強風オンショアーの中でウインドサーフィンを楽しみました。セイル3.5、ボード72リッターをチョイスしました。4日連続の強風の中でのウインドサーフィンでちょっと筋肉痛になりました。
The day before yesterday, I once again enjoyed windsurfing in strong onshore winds. I chose a sail 3.5 and a boat 72 liters. I got a bit sore after four days of windsurfing in strong winds.

I read Steven D. Levitt’s book “Based Thinking.” He says that to solve a problem, you need to go back to the origin of the problem and get a clear grasp of the core of the problem, without being bound by preconceptions. In other words, think from a zero-base perspective.
とてもユニークな考え方だと思いました。
