先日、お客様宅のお仕事のご依頼を終えての帰り際に、酒粕を頂きました。とりあえず、甘酒を作りました。砂糖の代わりに沖縄産のサトウキビから出来た黒糖(これも戴き物です。)を入れてみました。ほんの少しお塩を入れて完成。コクがあり酒かすと黒糖の味がとっても合って美味しかったです!
I got sake lees from a customer in just days ago, when I finished request of work from a customer. For now, I made sweet drink made from fermented rice. Brown sugar made from sugarcane made in Okinawa (This was also a gift.) was put in instead of sugar. A little salt put in and completed. The taste of the sake lees and the brown sugar was rich and very matched and was good!
